Large spacious childrenfriendly villa with magnificent garden situated in a quiet charming nabourhood. Perfect for big families with play opportunities for children (our children are 10 and 14). Our favorite spot is the huge terrace and outdoorkitchen where we make barbecue dinners. The house has 5 large bedrooms and is 5 minutes walk to the metro and the center of vanløse, where you will find plenty of shopping and restaurant opportunities. You can get to the center of Copenhagen in 15 min.

Velkommen til vores charmerende og personlige hjem! Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Tæt på den levende by, men beliggende i et roligt kvarter. Huset er ældre og fuld af charme, med en skøn have med flere opholdssteder. Indretningen er personlig, farverig og kreativ med flere hjemmelavede brugsgenstande. Her bor til daglig en arkitekt, hendes to børn og deres hund og høns – det mærkes i hjemmets varme og levende udtryk.

Apartment in the famous Nyhavn - close to Metro

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.

The apartment is located at Enghaveplads, which is a nice square with a lot of cafés and restaurants. You will be located close to the subway and the central station of Copenhagen, which gives you the freedom to move around the city with ease. Enjoy the balcony with your preferred morning coffee or have a barbecue in the courtyard, where lots of families gathers for dinner or simply just enjoy the buzzing and social life of Copehagen in the streets.

The two teenage rooms extends into the other. One of the teen rooms has a glass wall which can be closed off with a curtain. Baby crib, chair and tub on request.
