This 2 BR 1 bath house is also close to hiking trails, waterfalls, apple picking, & a winery, and in winter, there’s skiing at Catamount (it’s just six miles away!) and a distillery nearby. A house for all seasons! Please note the cottage is 5 houses back and across a quiet road from the lake, and the dock is in the lake from the beginning of May to the end of September. But there is plenty to do up here during the rest of the year!

Lake House close to Skiing & Indoor Hot Tub

Sleepy Hollow is a small community with lots to offer inside . This home offers so much entertainment you won't even have to leave the driveway . From a pool table, and video games to outside on a luxurious lawn overlooking this private lake. Sit down have a fire , cookout and watch the sun go down. Hunter and Windham mountain are both approx 40 minutes. Hudson is a skip away at 20-25 minutes putting you right on Main Street where all the action is.
