Nike and Intel are close by and Cooper Mountain Vineyards is also 2 miles away. 30-40min drive to downtown Portland.

Parking for two w/ only a shared laundry downstairs. Cozy fireplace & full kitchen w/ BBQ. Front & back balconies are located by a central Beaverton walking trail straight outside.

This charming guesthouse is tucked away in a park-like setting near the entrance to the Willamette Valley Wine Country. This very spacious studio offers a warm and cozy space with king size bed and a comfy day bed with a pull out trundle. Also a very roomy living room area with tv for streaming ( Roku/Netflix installed ) and fire place. Close by is the entrance to Forest Park, one of the largest urban parks, with 80 miles of trails.

Where you are surrounded by trees , feel the breezes, sunrise and sunset in the same day, and sometimes the wonderful wildlife around us. Oh yes and the expansive midnight sky with the bright stars twinkling above or the big round moon shining down on you as you sit on the patio in the evening enjoying the night air.
