Forest Floor Guesthouse

The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use paddle boards at Sand Lake.

Blackhorse Cabin

Quant little cabin nestled high enough in the mountain to view Mt Alice from the front porch and still close enough to the town of Seward. There is a queen bed and a futon. The love seat reclines also. There is a fire pit you are free to use and some bikes hang from the deck of the main house feel free to use those. The house is located up the mountain but the road can be heard from the cabin. The queen bed and twin futon are located in the same room. One guest complained the area was to small.

Nestled on 16.7 acres of Alaskan land with access to a private lake. The perfect place to relax after a long day of adventure. (Property is shared with a main house, another cabin, and yurt) but there is plenty of space for privacy. Please please be certain of your booking dates. Cancelling reservations negatively impacts our small business.

If you have a vehicle, you'll have a parking spot reserved just for you. We are ready to host you today! We've instituted additional cleaning procedures to ensure a clean and welcoming apartment for your visit. We've cleaned hard surfaces with anti-bacterial sprays. Soft surfaces, furniture & throw pillows are treated with anti-bacterial fabric sprays.

McKenzie Place is located 5 minutes from Anchorage International Airport and 5 minutes from Downtown and 5 minutes from Midtown area. This Two Bedroom plus Loft (please read additional information for loft) is situated 1 block from the world famous Tony Knowles Coastal Trail that hugs the coastline of the Cook Inlet with beautiful views of the water, Anchorage skyline with moose and other Alaska animals that live in the area. Grocery stores and restaurants are just a few minutes away.

24 Ft. Modern Yurt # 2

We are located on a forested acre. Our Yurt's are modern with all amenities included. We are located north of Seward, 8 minutes from our lodging to the boat harbor. It is a short 7 minute walk to Bear Lake and to Bear Creek Weir a salmon spawning creek. Our season runs from May 10 thru September 30 annually.
