The kitchen / living area is on the first floor to maximise the views out over Bantry Bay to the front and the West Cork Countryside to the Back. Both Bedrooms are ensuite on the ground floor. The house is fully equipped with washing Machine, Dryer, Oven, Hob, Dishwasher etc. It's unsuitable for small children. Located just off the N71 Wild Atlantic Way. Explore Beara Way, Sheep's Head and Mizen Head.

Patch House Glengarriff

Patch House was built in the early 1900's and has been recently renovate to a very high standard. The house has panoramic views of Glengarriff Bay and the mountains beyond. The house is located in the picturesque area of Glengarriff in West Cork, Ireland, along the Wild Atlantic Way. The beautiful traditional stone dwelling has a unique style keeping the old traditional style downstairs and a modern upstairs with floor to ceiling glass which maximises the outstanding views.

Although only 10 minutes drive to bustling Glengarriff with its pubs and restaurants the house and grounds feel incredibly secluded. Visitors have said it is like entering another, magical world!

Seat View Lodge - in the heart of West Cork

Seat View Lodge is a beautiful cottage located in the heart of West Cork. The cottage is newly built with a lovely balance of modern and rustic characteristics. The house has stunning views, a large garden and a spacious interior. The house has everything that you could need for either a weekend getaway or for a long visit.
