Take it easy at this unique stone cottage & farm stay. Set in a rural setting 20 mins from Cooma, 45 min to Jindabyne, & 75 min to Kosciusko National Park. Drive down our shared unsealed road through neighbouring working farmland (grazing cows, calves, sheep & lambs) for approx 4km to the small self contained stone cottage. Built in the early 1800’s this is the original property on the land. The cottage has just been renovated and includes a luxury brand new bathroom with heated floor.

Old Shearers Quarters, pets welcome, at our property, Boloco West. Just 15 mins drive to Jindabyne. Original shed facade with renovated interior and quality inclusions. The Stables @ Longsight

The original stables at historic Longsight have been lovingly restored and converted to luxury boutique accommodation. Many of the original features have been preserved such as the exposed wood rafters, weatherboards, iron roof and facade. Even the original saddle racks remain in the bathroom and old framing timber has been repurposed into a beautiful kitchen island. A serene farm stay on the banks of the winding Murrumbidgee River. This beautiful cottage was the original Shearer’s Quarters for the sprawling Bumbalong sheep station. It has been warmly renovated to provide a modern, comfortable stay whilst maintaining a 'laid-back, country' vibe. You can go for hikes, swim in the river, go fishing or simply just relax and unwind. Crafters Cabin TWO is the perfect place to relax and unwind. A rare find within the Snowy Mountains Region, located 25 minutes from Thredbo Resort and 10 minutes from Lake Jindabyne.
