Centrally located, you are only 3 minutes away from the patrolled beach & Surf Club & a short walk to local cafes/restaurants, supermarket & everything else Coolum has to offer. The apartment is well equipped for both short or longer stays with a fully renovated kitchen with oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave as well as a washing machine & dryer.

Our home is warm, welcoming, full of character, and a great place to enjoy a care-free and relaxed holiday. Aircon+Heating helps keep the house comfortable! Kids/dog friendly, 3 bedrooms, pool, lawns and a short 10min stroll to beach, restaurants, and shops. Our wraparound deck captures sunlight from dusk to dawn, and a nature reserve at the back provides peaceful views. The beach house on the hill

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

🐾 Pets Welcome! Dean and Lucy welcome you to our Tiny Home – a romantic escape or peaceful retreat to recharge at the beach and reconnect with nature. Just three streets from Coolum’s patrolled beach, you can swim, surf, or stroll the dog-friendly sand. Cafés and shops are close, so no car needed. This stay is about slowing down, not logging on. We’ve got the fastest internet available, but our bush location means it’s slow at best – the perfect excuse to unplug.

Relax at Coolum Couples Getaway

We live on a sloping block and there are steep stairs to get down our driveway and into the guest suite. Our beautiful home is located in Coolum Beach and is only 2km from the main street/beach which is a 20 minute walk or 2 minute drive from cafes, beach, banks and restaurants. We have a 1-bedroom self contained apartment with kitchen, separate lounge & dining area, a bathroom with separate toilet, a backyard with complete separate access and complete privacy

BOAT SHED- cute cottage easy walk to beach & shops

Escape the hustle at The Boat Shed, centrally located in the heart of Coolum Beach. Leave your car parked and take an easy stroll or a short ride to the beach, local cafés and shops. The cottage is a completely separate, stand-alone original beach shack. This 70s original shack has been converted into a tiny home with new and recycled materials to ensure you feel all the beach vibes and have a comfy stay.
