Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The house is set on 25 acres to explore, with state land and the Beaverkill River within one mile. If you sit on one of our three porches, or open the windows, you can hear the bubbling brook below. There is a game room (second living area) equipped with a fooseball table, puzzles, games, and toys. There is a full sized kitchen, laundry room, and pull out queen sized bed in the living room.

It is also enjoyed by fly fishermen,hunters,nature lovers, hikers and all others wishing to enjoy the natural beauty of the Western Catskill Mountains. This home is located on the Beaverkill River and you can walk out the back door and be at Mountain Pool which is one of the best stretches on the Beaverkill. We have available many acres to hunt turkey,bear, deer and other native game.
