The not so tiny, tiny house (with private laundry)

This tiny house is a 525 sqft home sitting offset from our main home. It has everything from a fully stocked kitchen to a laundry room inside this cozy home. Pots/pans, dishes and even a crock pot and waffle maker stock the kitchen. You will have a private fenced in front area with a seating area and artificial grass. We have built this home to welcome you as our friends and keep you comfortable. The home is located in a dog friendly neighborhood. * we do decorate for major US holidays

Parquet floors, decorative fireplace & original framed blueprints make the living room welcoming. If you like to cook, you'll enjoy our renovated kitchen w/professional appliances. The master & 2nd bedroom have queen-sized beds. The entire floor (w/private entrance) is yours. We're available to offer help if needed. One dedicated street parking space. Though SF is famous for fog, Noe Valley is a sunnier neighborhood. Explore via public transportation hubs in Noe Valley & The Castro.

This unique, well equipped, 1 Bed cute little studio (that we love) is detached and fenced off from our main house. It has a separate entrance through a side gate and it's own private rear deck, with a seating and dining area... that overlooks Sausal Creek and Dimond Park. The tall willow that grows along the creek gives the deck the perfect amount of privacy and with the tranquil sound of the creek flowing (not during dry season) you would almost forget you are in an urban city.

This space is downstairs in my centrally located private home, but has its own separate entrance and is not connected to the upstairs. Renovated with a mix of new and vintage furnishings, guests will step down into a comfortable suite with nice natural light in the front and rear of the space, TV with DirecTV, Wi-Fi, a partially stocked kitchenette, full bathroom (shower), and peaceful rear bedroom. I am eager to welcome guests from all backgrounds into my home.

Three sun filled rooms in a 19th century train station are set above fruit trees and mini meadows with a Japanese style soaking tub for one or two.
