We have a 3 season view of Scarface and the High Peaks, and in the summer it's just really private despite the great location. Decks front and back allow the air to flow in the summer. The main living space is large and airy; a great space to gather for conversation and games. And when needed, the gas fireplace pumps out the heat at the flip of a switch!
