Hay Loft Flat

Located near the highest village in Britain, Flash, in the beautiful Peak District National Park, 1540 above sea level, in the winter we do get some snow, the Hay Loft has been designed to create a great base for exploring the countryside. On it’s doorstep are; Dragon’s Back Ridge, Chrome Hill, Axe Edge Moor and Buxton. We are only 30 minutes from Mam Tor, Bakewell and Chatsworth House. Curlews fly around the farm. Within a mile is Flash Bar Stores serving breakfast, lunch, cakes and groceries.

Drumble Lodge

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay at the chalet The bird song through the day and owls at night whilst sat on the decking or simply stars gazing with the telescope. In summer The cows in the meadow in the distance with young calf’s in summer Pet sheep wander the paddock and drumble by the chalet Castle Farm situated on the gritstone footpath a ten minute walk to the Horse Shoe inn, twenty minute walk to The Castle Inn. This 2 bedroom mews is just a 2 minute walk from Sandbach. This historical cobbled market town boasts a good selection of upmarket eatery’s, pubs, restaurants, boutiques & shops. There is a weekly Thursday market and a makers market once a month on a Saturday. This is a perfect location for families or couples wishing to explore many places of interest nearby & Cheshire's beautiful countryside, it provides the perfect base for attending weddings, special events or if just passing through.

Woodside Cottage, Congleton, Nr Peak District

The property has been lovingly refurbished to a very high standard, a home away from home! Situated just outside Congleton town centre you are a stone's throw from all the restaurants, pubs and bars. The modern living space is a perfect base from which to explore Cheshire, Buxton & the Peak District but with all the facilities a town can offer! Congleton is also on the border of Stoke-on-Trent so Alton Towers, Trentham Gardens, Monkey Forest & pottery museums are all within an easy drive

Owls Loft - cosy getaway with far reaching views

Owls Loft is a self contained cottage with a private outdoor seating area and garden. In a tranquil, rural setting, with views of the Cheshire Plain, this is a great place to recharge your batteries. It is well located to visit the Peak District, or get the train into Manchester from Macclesfield or Congleton. There are a number of National Trust properties within easy reach , as well as Alton Towers, Chatsworth House, the antique shops of Leek and the pottery towns of Stoke on Trent.

Relaxing couples getaway with hot tub

Our Couples' Hideaway is in a very private location accessed by electric gates, with a hot tub and summerhouse that are never overlooked. It has a large, dog secure deck set in mature trees. Although in the grounds of a larger holiday park we are completely unconnected with them and clean and manage this pristine lodge ourselves, getting rave reviews pretty much 100% of the time. The lodge is nestled in an area renowned for walking and cycling and is on the edge of the Peak District.

The Woodland Watch

If you are looking to have a relaxing break away from life’s stresses then The Woodland Watch is perfect. The hut is warm and cosy with all modern amenities set on a working dairy farm. Unwind with the beautiful views and stunning sunsets whilst listening to the woodland wildlife. There are also many lovely walks in our area and good access to local shops. We also have a two bedroomed property called Rock End Retreat located at the same address if guests wish to bring a larger group.

Middle Barn, Rushton Spencer

Middle Barn is a recently converted barn which has many original features as well as modern comforts including underfloor heating downstairs, excellent WiFi, and finished to a high standard. Part of the ‘Cliffe Park Farm Stays’ and situated on a working farm which has 3/4 of a mile of frontage to Rudyard Lake as well as having the Staffordshire Way footpath running through the farm, makes this a great base for exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside.

Roachside Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Roachside Cottage is situated in the beautiful Roaches Estate, a former private estate and grouse moor, now owned by the Peak District and cared for by the Staffordshire Wildlife Trust. The cottage comfortably sleeps 6 people, comprising of 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed downstairs. The views from every angle of the property are utterly breathtaking. Come and visit and I’m sure you will love it just as much as we do!

Beautiful secluded romantic lake house retreat

Located right on the water's edge of Rudyard Lake in a conservation area of the Staffordshire Moorlands, this bespoke boathouse conversion is an ideal romantic break for 2 in a very beautiful, quiet setting surrounded by woodland with perfect views up and down the lake. Although we can accommodate 4 in total, Inglenook boathouse is most suited for couples. The sofa bed is comfortable for up to two children but not suitable for two adults.
