Enjoy a stay in a charming historic Mill-House nestled in up and coming downtown Kannapolis. This cozy, vintage home has an intimate industrial feel. The artistic and local nuances will keep you entertained and intrigued. We have interesting pieces from the old mill and also fun pieces from all over North Carolina. Modern Rustic near Concord Speedway/Cabarrus Arena

My space is very roomy and comfortable with blinds and entry door that brings in a lot of light. It is the entire lower floor that includes a patio for outdoor relaxation. The patio is shaded in the evening, and you can enjoy your coffee while the sun rises behind the trees in the morning. Beautiful landscape and vegetable garden to view along with the wall of trees at the back. ROKU TV. Netflix for entertainment. Kitchen appliances for basic needs.

First Turn Condo at Charlotte Motor Speedway!

This was originally Bruton Smith's Condo at the race track! The main living area has floor to ceiling windows for an amazing view of the track. This is the Penthouse Suite floor plan, it includes its own PRIVATE balcony and a side window that opens. If your booking the condo over a NASCAR RACE, you will get up to 7 people inside the condo FREE of charge, additional people require condo tickets and will be charged extra by the Speedway.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is fully furnished down to the bed linens. We are located in an up and coming area and are a short 5 minute drive to the beautifully renovated down town Kannapolis and the new Atrium Health Cannon Ballers Stadium. We are a 30 minute drive to Downtown Charlotte and the Charlotte Motor Speedway and Concord Mills Mall.
