Seaton, Lyme Regis, Beer, Branscombe and Sidmouth are all just a short drive away. Colyton with it's tramway is just down the road. The flat is comfortably furnished and suitable for 2 plus 2 and a well-behaved dog! A double bed in the bedroom and a small sofa bed in the lounge/diner for additional sleeping. A five minute walk from the beach & a paid-for parking permit is provided in a nearby car park a couple of minutes away. Great access to the SW Coast Path and the fab Devon/Dorset coast!

This large, warm and cosy caravan is in an idyllic spot , a short 10 minute walk from Colyton. A 5 minute drive to Seaton and 15 minute drive to the stunning coastal towns of Lyme Regis, Charmouth and Sidmouth . Colyton (Devon's most rebellious town) in AONB boasts some lovely places to eat and the tramway is only a short walk away. River Cottage is also a 10 minute drive from Colyton, near Axminster. We live on a working dairy farm, we have wonderful views of the Umbourne Valley.

Sunnyside at Waterhouse Farm is a spacious farmhouse on our working farm in West Dorset, surrounded by fields and woodland. The house has a fenced garden and easy access to miles of local footpaths. Upstairs are two large ensuite bedrooms: one with a king bed, the other with either three singles or a double and single. Downstairs features a cosy sitting room with wood burner, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, plus a utility room with cloakroom.
