Joe and Suzanne live on-sight and are available for any help or questions you may have. This space includes a new upstairs apartment. The entire kitchen was built by hand with love. You will be able to enjoy a single bedroom with a queen size bed, a full kitchen and two opposite-facing (E+W) decks to catch sunrise or sunset. There is no wifi or cable, but due to the barn's location on the Bolton Peninsula you will have great service for hotspots or calls back home. We look forward to having you!

Located just down the road from where my great grandparents purchased the original farm which is still in the family today. We named the former chicken house after our favorite farm cat, Calico. She resided there for 17 years and found great comfort. We know you will too. Recently remodeled to accommodate your every creature comfort need. Our house is family and pet friendly.

Enjoy this charming 1950's farmhouse, situated on 150 acres of countryside. Within an easy drive of Carlton, McMinnville, and Dundee—it's an ideal location for the exploring the area's many offerings. The house is well-appointed and surrounded by abundant gardens, towering cedar and fir trees—plus, a flock of chickens, three heritage sheep, and our Bengal cats add interest to the place. We live on the property (next door) with ample privacy/gardens between our place and the farmhouse.

The Granary at Avon Acres - Private Guest Cottage

The Granary is a recently converted 110 year old grain shed (remodeled Summer 2020). It features a full kitchen, vaulted ceilings, bedroom loft and beautiful .75 bath. Located on the West side of Mount Vernon, it is minutes from I-5, yet situated on a 40-acres of farmland, next to an original barn and behind the main farmhouse. Good WiFi for work, ramp access and a ground-level hide-a-bed. Large West-facing deck and hot tub to enjoy sunsets.
