“Serenity on Sibley” Guesthouse~Close to Downtown

Down the winding road, at the bottom of the wooded hill, “Serenity” awaits. This single-room guesthouse sits on the banks of Sibley Lake. Relax and take in the sunsets from the screened porch. Up to 4 guests with a queen-sized bed and a queen fold-out couch. It has a full bath with shower, a kitchenette with island and barstools. A paddleboat, kayaks and life vests are available for use during your stay. Hosts live up and across the drive from the Serenity Guesthouse Located @ 10 min from town.

Little Big House

4 bedroom 2 bath home on Cane River Lake in Natchitoches, Louisiana. Built in 1942, and newly refurbished with hardwood and tile floors throughout. Located 4 miles from Historic Downtown Natchitoches. When reserving Little Big House, count each person that will be staying as a guest. Some hosts list the entire home for a set price but we charge per person. This allows a small group to enjoy the stay without paying full pricing for eight people . Minimum of two and maximum of 8 people. No pets!

Cozy at C is a small, but roomy, 1 bed/1 bath apartment. It is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. During your stay, you will have access to a grass backyard and private parking. Amenities include, high speed wireless internet, a smart TV, brand new appliances and an Arcade "Multicade" that has 800 free-to-play video games from the 80s, 90s and 2000s. And of course, a comfy clean bed and furniture. I strive to provide a safe, quiet, clean and inexpensive accommodations for each guest.

Iatt Lake Cabins and Kayaks Fish House

360 sq ft house on the lake. Full queen bedroom. Sleeps 4. Full bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. Full Kitchen. Great porch. Pets are allowed for a $50 non-refundable fee. Pets must be kenneled if left inside alone, on a leash at all times when outside and please pick up after your pets. Kayak and paddle boat rentals including life jackets and paddles available. Kayak rental - $35/day each or $60/2 days each. Paddleboat, pirogue or tandem kayak rental - $45/day or $70/2 days.

Cotile Destiny

Enjoy bream fishing off the dock , bbqing under the covered patio, standing by one of 2 outdoor fire pits cooking s’mores with the kids or just watching the flames roll. This 3 bedroom/3bath mobile home is clean and ready for a family or small group to enjoy a weekend getaway from the real world. We use this place as our “summer home” though it’s just minutes from our residence. We treat cotile as a big swimming pool and love entertaining family and friends here and just getting away .

Cane River Living

Cane River Living is the perfect choice if you're looking for a peaceful place to stay while exploring the historic Natchitoches area. This centrally-located guesthouse is just one mile from the downtown riverbank. It offers a beautifully-renovated studio with a king-sized bed, kitchenette, and spacious bathroom featuring seasonal decor. After a day of exploring downtown, unwind on the dock overlooking the lake and watch the sunset. Come and experience Cane River Living at its best!

Grab a blanket, pick a DVD or book from our small collection, or have fun with the family playing games we've provided. Either way, this trip is all about relaxation.

Blue on Black

We're 25 minutes from Natchitoches on Black Lake. We are in a secluded area of a dead end road. Enjoy the peace and quiet surrounded by Spanish moss covered trees. Under the covered front porch, you'll find comfortable seating with great views of the lake. The large windows provide lake views and let in plenty of natural light. Spend the day in town shopping or enjoying a festival. Return home to relax with a meal on the grill or a glass of wine with friends around the firepit.

Modern home in the country with 1.4 acre lot!

My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, corn hole, and oversized Jenga in a private setting. Vernon lake boat ramp is less than 5 miles! If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.

Wake up with a hot cup of sunshine in a private, screened-in hot tub, backed up to tall pines, whispering leaves and a delightful breeze. Yes! It’s so wonderful!

Newly renovated two bedroom, two bath home. Spacious living area with all the amenities of home. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood within a few minutes' drive from town. Shopping, dining, and recreation are only a few miles away. Home is near Ward 9 Sports Complex, Ward 10 Sports Complex, Camp Beaureguard Training Facility, Central State Hospital and expansion site, PlastiPak, and Proctor and Gamble.

KK's Little Cottage

Nestled amongst the tall timbers of The Kisatchie National Forest you'll find respite in KK's Little Cottage. The cottage is located down a dead end dirt road that will make you feel hours from town (though you won't actually be)! Hunter's welcome! You're likely to see some type of wildlife, and it is quite possible you will hear shots fired from hunters. Welcome to our cozy space, enjoy!!
