Charming, riverside log cabin on the bank of the Kennett, overlooking a nature reserve. Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

Bright and private double room on ground floor, with Netflix. Safe driveway parking. The room has a separate entrance and a private ensuite bathroom, fridge, electric cooking hob and microwave. University, RBH and Reading town within a walking distance, TVP a short drive. There is no outside space, but a nice neighbourhood with shops, botanical gardens, and museums is within a short walk. If you need both beds, please note there'll be very little floor space left. Our quiet hours are 11pm-6am.

We are located very near the Royal Berkshire Hospital and University of Reading. We have a bedroom, garden room and bathroom for people to use during their stay (nothing is shared). There is a separate entrance to the guest's accommodation and there is no access to the main house. We have a cat who sleeps in the adjoining room (our utility room), but will not have access when guests stay. There is no breakfast supplied. There is on road parking on weekday evenings and weekends.

Large, cosy room + micro kitchen & separate access

There is separate access through a gate and your own front door. Guests have their own toilet + micro kitchen with a microwave, toaster, fridge and kettle. The excellent rainfall shower is shared and 3 floors up, but has a wonderful view over West Reading, so is worth the climb! Reading West railway station is a 7min walk and the town centre a 22min walk, with a bus stop right by the house. There is a large supermarket and lots of takeaways/restaurants within walking distance.

Modernised 2-bedroom first-floor flat. Large well-equipped kitchen. The lounge has a small balcony that looks out over the communal garden area. As well as the lounge TV both bedrooms have large wall-mounted TVs with Netflix and Amazon, box set heaven! We have a fold-out full-size single bed that we can set up in the apartment (either in the main bedroom or the lounge) Just let is know if you need this. Ample off road parking in the driveway
