Nestled on 16.7 acres of Alaskan land with access to a private lake. The perfect place to relax after a long day of adventure. (Property is shared with a main house, another cabin, and yurt) but there is plenty of space for privacy. Please please be certain of your booking dates. The cabin has large windows, heated tile floors downstairs with Lifetime floors in upper bedrooms. There are black-out blinds for privacy and sleeping. Kitchen has all the essentials. Bathroom has shower/bath combo with washer/dryer for your use. Cabin is within 5 min. to beach & Kasilof River access for great salmon fishing and 25 minutes to Kenai River for world class salmon fishing.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located getaway with all the amenities of home including wifi. Location is great for year round Alaskan fun. Located across from Kasilof boat launch if you’re floating the River or just looking to fish reds from the bank. Johnson lake for fishing/ice fishing just a few miles away as well as Kasilof beach minutes down the road. If you’re in need of fuel, supplies, food, etc. it’s about as close as you can get to the gas station, store, and cafe.

Cozy Log Cabin with Hot Tub, Six beds, Wood stove

Traditional Alaskan log cabin, with authentic Alaskan decor. Located less than ten minutes away from the Kasilof River. Near Cook Inlet public beach access (2.5 miles approx). Cabin has a very private and quiet setting, on 20 acres. Enjoy the private hot tub while taking in the gorgeous views of Swan Lake. Mt. Redoubt and Mt. Illimani are visible from the cabin. Firewood provided for fire pit and wood stoves. Approx 20 minutes from Soldotna, and approx 20 minutes from Ninilchik.

Historic Russian Cabin With Ocean Views

The hand hewn log cabin was built in the late 1800's by Russian settlers and is located in the historic native/Russian settlement of Ninilchik. (An idyllic village that sits on the Cook Inlet, through which the lovely winding Ninilchik River runs.) 180 mile drive from anchorage and only 35 miles from famous Homer, Alaska on the Kachemak bay. You will have total privacy but if you need anything im a 5 minute walk down the road and always reachable by phone.

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

At just 10 mins from the Kasilof River boat launch and 25 mins to the Kenai River, you can enjoy all Alaska’s playground has to offer, or just relax in the quiet of the spruce forest.

Reeder Lake House

The Reeder Lake lake house is close to the Kasilof River and the Clam Gulch beach. We are also a nice stop on your way to Ninilchik for halibut charters or a day trip to Homer. We are about 20 minutes from (URL HIDDEN) and 30 minutes from Kenai. It's a cute and cozy house with a lot of character and comfort! The Reeder lake house is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
