The Ranch is a fantastic opportunity to stay in a nice house on 170 acres of working cattle ranch with horses. We have a small lake with 3 ponds, which are great for fishing and swimming, as well as over a mile of duck riverfront property. Play in the river or sit on the dock and read a book. This is a fantastic place for groups of all sizes! We are very rural, but grocery stores and civilization are only about 12 minutes away. We are also located near Dickel, Uncle Nearest as Jack Daniels.

The Clubhouse

Lakefront clubhouse at a waterski school, available in the off-season for a quiet getaway. Whether you are here to unwind by the water or squeeze in a ski set, our space is the perfect lakeside retreat. We provide the essentials including bedding, towels, toiletries, and a stocked kitchen. Perfect for families, small groups, or anyone looking to get away and enjoy the waterfront setting. Waterski and wakeboard lessons might still be available depending on the time of year—feel free to ask!!

We invite you to stay in our studio apartment on our working horse farm here at River Bluff Ranch, LLC! Our farmland and woods back up to the beautiful Duck River! We have a small petting farm with friendly donkeys, a mini cow, a dwarf pony, goats, sheep, and pigs! What also makes our place unique is that we offer guided horseback rides and pony rides at an additional cost! 🐴 *If you are a fellow horse owner traveling with your horses, we have room for them to stay too!

The Sanctuary

This is an allergy free home no pets. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We also have RV hookups quick drive to Tim’s Ford Lake, Jack Daniel’s Distillery and Shopping Mall close by. We also have a small water park and waterfalls nearby. We have a mini farm ducks and chickens free range daily. If you like fresh eggs let me know I can put some in the refrigerator for you. We are an allergy free home NO PETS allowed. Caretaker is allergic to dogs
