Nestled at the base of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains in southern Colorado is a simple and elegant adobe-style solar home that is sure to calm your mind and warm your heart. The house sits on 3-1/2 acres of pinon and juniper trees and offers stunning valley and mountain views - all surrounded by deep sense of quiet. Due to the absence of city lights and the high elevation of Crestone, the stars are exceptionally bright in the night sky. The house features a full kitchen and two separate bedrooms

The River Sweet

My river property is located right on the edge of the Arkansas river in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. The property is comfortably accessed by the highway with ample parking for 4 automobiles. At the same time there is 1200’of private river access with a large comfortable access via boating and wading. Our property is really all about the river. In the spring, summer and fall the river can really be moving. This provides an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sounds, birds and pastoral scene.

Transparent Treehouse: National Forest Cabin

Sit atop 35+ acres surrounded by national forest in the sunny Rocky Mountains. The Transparent Treehouse (TT) is a full story off the ground at the top of our property which is ~15 mins from historic downtown Salida, CO riverfront. TT is meant for two. It has a queen bed, accordion door, fast WiFi, a propane fire pit, and a large private patio. There is no bathroom in the TT, but recently opened a bathroom ~50 yards away. The full Scandinavian Spa is located further down the hill & open 24/7.

The Tin Shed | Modern Parkside Home - 0511

Built-in 2015, it's featured in the "Small House Book" by Lloyd Kahn. It's clean and modern yet warm and cozy. One bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds (AC in bedrooms). The main living space has a garage door that opens to the back patio. It's a hop, skip, and a jump from all you need, from biking and hiking trails, restaurants, shops, the playground, the amphitheater, and the river. Our short-term rental license number for the city of Salida is 0511.
