Large gated parking area. Well behaved dogs welcome. Ground floor, private entrance to self contained flat. Large garden, with sole use of gazebo and balcony. Bike storage. Includes breakfast basket of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cereal, yogurt, bread, butter, jam, fruit, fruit juice, biscuits, eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms.

Cosy, character cottage. Open-plan ground floor with living, dining, kitchen, and sunny work space. Two sets of folding doors that lead out to a pretty cottage garden. Upstairs, two bedrooms (one with king sized bed, one with double bed) upstairs, bathroom with bath & shower. Convenience of good access, situated on the road leading from the village of Clyro to the famous 'book town' of Hay-on-Wye. Ideal base for exploring the Wye Valley, Brecon Beacons National Park, and the Black Mountains.

Beautiful Cottage with Suntrap Garden
The cottage is located just out of the centre of Hay opposite the beautiful St Mary's Church. It is slightly quieter here than in the heart of the town but is still only a 5 minute walk into the centre. It is very easy to access the river walks, simply taking the path to the right of the church. The cottage is full of character with wooden beams, a wood-burning stove, the original fireplace in the bedroom, wooden flooring throughout the downstairs, and a beautiful south-facing garden.

Little Pentwyn is in Clyro, a village one mile from Hay-on-Wye. It's an annex on our home and close to other houses but still a quiet area. Cosy accommodation for two or four (with sofa bed). Open plan living area, fitted kitchen, bathroom comprises of bath with shower over. Large deck with sofa and dining area. Central heated, wifi and ample free private parking. Local walks from the property or a short drive away. I have a 2 bedroom flat (Pentwyn Barn) available to book via Airbnb.

Little Donkey Cottage
A charming little four star cottage on the edge of the village of Talgarth nestled in the foothills of the Black Mountains in the Brecon Beacons National Park. An ideal area for walking, cycling, canoeing and other outdoor pursuits. Self contained with private garden and suitable for two adults. Close to all local amenities - shops, pubs, eating places etc. - very well equipped with off road parking, free wifi and good mobile reception. Two nights minimum stay. Hot water provided.

The Tiny Townhouse, Hay-on-Wye
The perfect place to stay as a couple or by yourself when visiting Hay. From the Tiny Townhouse it is only a short walk up Brook St to the centre of town passing Booths Cinema. Closer to home is The Globe, an old converted chapel turned Restaurant. The house is very cosy yet modern with an open plan ground floor with kitchen whilst the upstairs bedroom has a kingsize bed & a large walk in shower in the bathroom. At the back of the property there is access for bike storage.

Relax and enjoy a stay on a smallholding in Herefordshire. The upper floor of a one bedroomed annex with its own shower-room. On the landing is a small area with facilities to make your own breakfast, including microwave and three quarter size fridge. Own entrance, a small patio area at front. Off road parking. Hosts live in the main house. The accommodation is on the edge of a village so no street lighting. Village shop and local pub in walking distance.

A footpath at the door, with just a 5 min walk to the river and approx. 1 mile to the Offa's Dyke path which takes you to Hay Bluff. Very pleasant footpath/ bike route to the town . The Black Mountains and the River Wye are on our doorstep and the property is perfectly situated to explore not only Hay-on-Wye but also the surrounding Black Mountains, Wye Valley and the Brecon Beacons National Park.
