King, queen, and bunk rooms plus a loft sleep up to 14, 16 with the loft trundles. Ski in winter, golf in summer.

Sunnyside Up is a charming refurbished, circa 1900 cottage with three bedrooms, and a sun porch which offers breathtaking views of the lake. The fully stocked kitchen is newly remodeled. The living room provides warmth and coziness with a gas fireplace. A few steps from the front door a new private dock for relaxing, boating, fishing and swimming. Backing up to the woods is a welcoming area with a brick fireplace and lot of seating to relax after a day of fun.

Quaint North East Cottage Near the Water

North East Cottage is a quaint, two level cottage nestled between 16 mile creek and Lake Erie. It offers two bedrooms, one pull-out couch with a queen mattress, two full baths and two large decks overlooking Lake Erie. The kitchen is fully stocked and newly remodeled! The living room provides warmth and coziness with a gas fireplace for cool evenings on the lake. A short walk down the road is a private beach for relaxing and spending the day on Lake Erie.

Located at Peek 'n Peak Ski Resort & Spa in Clymer, NY. This is the only condo (8280) for rent with its own hot tub that is on the ski slopes. Sit in the hot tub and watch the skier's go by. Walk out basement to the ski slopes. With pool table and large flat screen TV. Providing there is ample gap between renters you can check in as early as 8 AM and check out as late as 6 PM.
