Hit The Hay Farm Bunkhouse

This farmhouse, built in 1948, is on a working, regenerative crop and cattle farm. It is near the dead end of a mile and a half dirt road. There are unobstructed views of the Bookcliff Mountain Range to the north and no other houses in sight. The house is surrounded with a spacious yard perfect for picnics and games. This is a very rural space only 10 minutes from downtown Fruita, and the 18 Rd. desert bike trails. Ask about having some farm raised grass finished beef to top off your stay!

The yard had beautiful flower beds, not to mention the amazing view of Mt. Garfield! The house itself was very comfortable and had anything you can imagine in the kitchen, making a few at home dinners a breeze. Fruita, with world class mountain biking, is a 40 minute drive. The home is 1/4 mile off of Business Loop 70 with easy access to Interstate 70. A small farm within city limits.
