Parking is on the street in front of the house and there’s a concrete walkway that takes you down to the entrance. Enjoy your stay in this cozy 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom home on Lake Hartwell. We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.

Hanover Haven 3 BR/2 Bath

Hanover Haven is located close to all you need! Clemson University is only 3 miles away. There are 3 full grocery stores within 5 minutes. Lake Keowee access and marina all within 5 miles. The Gathering space is such a great place to have family fun! There are card games and large TVs with multiple streaming platforms. We are also working on a great outdoor space that will include a grill and sail shade ready for the summer. There is also an RV on the property that is an AirBNB.

Cozy Treehouse

Situated at the back of a wooded 2 acre lot, only 10 minutes from downtown Greenville, this is a little oasis in the city! While most treehouses take you on a "roughing it" adventure, Cozy Treehouse is the glamping version of treehouses, boasting 9' ceilings, 1.5 baths, 3 LED TV's and many outdoor living options. If you are looking for a unique getaway just minutes from one of the top growing cities in the south, Cozy Treehouse is the perfect destination for you.

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.

Livin' Easley-walk to downtown-close to everything

Welcome to Livin' Easley! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this newly renovated bungalow style house. Downtown Easley shops, restaurants, bars and The Silos are within walking distance, and Greenville and Clemson are just a short drive away. If you'd rather stay in, enjoy everything the house has to offer including bumper pool, a card table, board games, horseshoe pits, and Netflix.

The Cottage

Come relax and refresh in peaceful surroundings. Relax and unwind on the front porch. Experience tranquility as the sun sets and the frogs start croaking. You are welcome to cast a line in the pond to try your skill at fishing. Fishing poles are not provided. The cottage is private but still has convenience of Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital within a 5 minute drive. We are 13 miles from Clemson.

The House on Oak Grove

Enjoy your time spent in this spacious and peaceful pet friendly space. Nicely appointed with everything you need for a short or long term stay. Ten easy miles to Clemson and 3 miles to SWU. Besides the open living space the house has a screened porch and accomodates 4 with 2 bedroom & 2 adjoining baths. The home includes washer & dryer, coffee bar, granite countertops, and microwave.
