Our Curious | Opossum Hollow

Welcome to Opossum Hollow in the quaint mountain town of Travelers Rest! Our partially restored 1984 Airstream Excella, lovingly referred to as `Possum Holler', is situated on the same property as our home. With a covered space for parking and a 35 foot skylight deck, this outdoor space is designed for cool evening lounging and warm afternoon napping. We worked with a number of local artisans to design and create the entire space, ensuring most every element is handmade, upcycled, and recycled!

One Particular Cove ... on Lake Hartwell

Bring your fishing rods, boat, jet skis, floats & water toys to enjoy off the dock in our quiet cove! BBQ the fish you caught on the gas grill ... or sit around the fire pit & talk about the one that got away, as you watch the sun set over the lake. In the morning, enjoy your coffee relaxing on the patio while you listen to the sounds of the lake coming to life. There are many species of birds to be found here, so bring your binoculars & see how many you can find. Relax, you're at the lake!

My place is close to parks, the city center, and restaurants and dining. There is great outdoors space, the neighborhood, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. It is minutes away from Clemson University and to the Football Stadium. I will gladly give you a ride to the stadium! The apartment is great for families during football games! I also have a second unit for rent, in the same house. It sleeps 6-7 people.

With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.
