La propiedad tiene un gran porche delantero para tomar café y una mesa auxiliar junto a una parrilla para comer al aire libre. ¡El aparcamiento está justo al lado de la casa de campo! Está a un rápido paseo a pie o en bicicleta de la calle principal del centro de la ciudad, el parque de la ciudad y la playa de la ciudad.

Este espacioso refugio frente al lago es perfecto para alojar familias o grupos grandes de amigos. Con capacidad para entre 16 y 20 huéspedes, nuestra casa de 6 dormitorios y 4 baños cuenta con una sala de estar, comedor y cocina de concepto abierto, con dos enormes ventanales que ofrecen impresionantes vistas al lago. La gran terraza con un montón de asientos y restaurantes, es otro lugar favorito para tomar en el lago. Incluye un muelle privado, kayaks, tablas de paddle, una cama flotante, chalecos salvavidas, juguetes de playa, flotadores y un lugar para hacer fogatas.

El área de comedor es ideal para comidas grupales, tiempo de juego o estudiar. También hay una pequeña mesa en la cocina. Hay un dormitorio y un baño en el primer piso. Arriba tiene un dormitorio más pequeño con una cama tamaño queen. El dormitorio más grande tiene dos camas completas y dos camas individuales. El segundo gemelo es un nido y se saca fácilmente, sobre ruedas. También hay un baño completo arriba.

Plenty of space as there is a living room up and a family room on the lower level that walks out to the lakeside patio. Enjoy the quiet mornings sipping coffee on the screened-in porch while you spend evenings roasting marshmallows by the outdoor fire.

Lakeview Cottage - Come Relax in the city of Sportsman's Paradise and enjoy the beautiful views of Clear Lake-Ventura, Iowa, with unobstructed views of the lake. A short-term rental agreement may be sent to you confirming the policies and rules, which must be signed and returned within 48 hours of booking. Welcome to the Clear Lake Escape! One block off the water, this home is the perfect spot to enjoy with friends/family! The home consists of 4 bedrooms (2 King & 2 Queen), + 2 sleeper sofas to COMFORTABLY SLEEP 12. (if you'd like to have over 12 guests, please contact us and we are open to accomodating requests for an additional fee- we do have a crib provided as well). There is room for a boat trailer in the driveway!
