We are just 30 minutes from world class downhill skiing and whitewater rafting.

40 minutes west of Kanata, ON in Lanark Highlands, 20 kms west of Almonte. The Gate House is a renovated 150 year old log building with 2 single beds, in floor heating, bathroom with shower & kitchenette with hot plate, toaster oven, coffee maker, small fridge & microwave, dining & sitting area. We also have the Doll House which has a queen size bed, bathroom & an outdoor hot shower for $95 a night, it is heated & air conditioned. See my other listing. Enjoy the farm!

Welcome to our modern countryside cabin located on a 2 acre lot in Wakefield, Quebec. Come relax and recharge for a few days while taking advantage of nature and the cozy interior with fireplace. There is plenty to do nearby: discover the Wakefield village, its restaurants, boutiques, farms, the Gatineau Park, the Nordik Spa, Eco-Odyssee, the nearby golf courses and ski hills, etc. (CITQ Permit #298430. Our home is spacious, bright, and cozy. We are just a short walk to historic downtown Almonte with its vibrant main street and amazing waterfalls. We are situated beside a beautiful park where you can walk or snowshoe the trails or toboggan on the big hill. We are closely situated to the OVRT where you can cross country ski, fat tire cycle or snowmobile. Electric car owner? There is a charging station just 100m from the house.

BEDDING IS NOT PROVIDED PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS AND BLANKETS.
