Visit North Georgia & the foothills of the Blueridge Mountains. Sunshine Cottage is like visiting your grandma's house. Plenty of books, games and a little of the past in this over 100-year-old home! Just a 14-minute walk, or 3-minute drive to downtown Clayton. Spend an evening on the screened in porch, play cards in the game room while listening to some music or enjoy breakfast with family in the kitchen. SO much to do in the area such as hiking, kayaking or shopping, or visit a winery.

It is nestled in the mountains along beautiful Lake Chatuge and has been recently remodeled. Sorry no pets are allowed. Features: 3 king sized beds, 3 large double vanity bathrooms, queen sleeper sofa, sleeps 8, living areas upstairs and down with TV's, large kitchen and dining area, laundry room, fireplace and dock provided with boat slip. The Extra House

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.

In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains.
