The cottage stands alone so you can escape and relax in your own little piece of paradise and can house up to four guests. Free off-street parking. My property is excellent for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and a family (with children).

We are located within the bustling seaside town of Yanchep, the beach and shops are both within walking distance. The Yanchep park is just a short drive away. Access to my separate upstairs apartment is from outside, through the garage via the outside stairs. Totally separate . Please disregard any door code provided by Airbnb this is incorrect. Watch magnificent sunsets or observe storms as they slowly make their way across the beautiful city of Perth or just sit on the front veranda and watch the planes as they come and go in the distance. We are situated on ten peaceful acres with a winter creek running through the property

Mullaloo is Perth's favorite beach for kids because of its gently sloping sandy beach. The shopping centre of Whitford is within walking distance (30 minutes) or by bus (5 minutes) with the bus stop 2 minutes from the house. The bus can take you to the train station for the journey to Perth. 100 m down the street are 2 restaurants and a 24/7 supermarket and bottle shop so you will never run out. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a self-contained stay.
