We are also close to many hiking trails and skiing trails for the outdoor lover. This newly built apartment is open concept, has granite counters, 1.5 bath, and laundry. The living room and bedrooms bask in the sun!

Renovated 3 bedroom apartment in a 1880s Victorian home. This unit is truly an experience, with its 9 and 10 foot tall ceilings, soaker tub with antique fixtures, and beautiful original trim and mouldings, you will get the old Victorian charm with all the modern day amenities. This unit includes a beautiful primary bedroom with king bed, a fully stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances, on site laundry, and an office area! Timbering Tides

Come and enjoy your stay in a little oasis nestled in the timbers of New Brunswick. Perfect for the outdoors person who enjoys being one with nature. Walking, hiking, and ATV/snowmobile trails located on our road. Ski Poley Mtn only 5 mins away. We are located very well to enjoy daily trips to the coast. The Fundy Parkway is located 25 mins down the road, east entrance. Hopewell Rocks in Fundy National Park is 70 mins, with the beautiful town of Alma breaking up the drive for a lunch break.

Loons Nest

Now is the best time to see the fall colors here. The Loons Nest gives you the perfect vantage point to watch the colors almost come on fire as the sun goes down on the opposite shore of the river. This quiet location feels like your miles from the beaten path, actually your just 18 minutes to Fredericton and 3 min to amenities, like NB Liquor, convenience store, restaurant and gas. Step out on the huge deck overlooking the property and water, relax, and enjoy your coffee, no rush here...

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

My Little Oasis: a cozy little cottage on the lake

My Little Oasis is a cozy little cottage on Maquapit Lake in Clark's Corner NB. 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests. 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and the other 2 each have a twin over double bunk beds. This cottage will serve all your vacation needs. My intention is to make My Little Oasis a place where you want to come back and share your experience with your family and friends so they can come over for a stay and experience this little piece of paradise on the lake.
