Just remodeled travel trailer with new flooring, fresh paint, new bathroom fixtures, AC, heat. Bathroom has toilet, sink, and shower. Full kitchen with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator. Access to onsite laundry. We supply our own locally roasted coffee, fresh eggs, vegetables, when in season. Please let us know if you are bringing a dog. NO CATS PLEASE as host is allergic.

RVers are able to take advantage of our gravel RV site, complete with water and power hookups (20amp, 30amp, and 50amp options available). We're big rig friendly! At 5 acres, the host's primary residence located at the northern end. To ensure your peace of mind, the entire property is fenced and gated.

Watch some TV from the king sized bed. Rest peacefully in the quiet country! There's plenty of space for parking, a horse trailer or boat. The Clark County Event Center, RV Inn Style Amphitheater and I-5 are 3 miles away.
