Open plan living, modern kitchen and a unique bathroom, all with large windows that bring the outdoors in. A covered deck deck bathes in sunshine + looks across the garden you share with rescue hens who lay fresh eggs for breakfast! Doors open directly from the bedroom to a 2nd deck shaded by the canopy of a Poinciana tree

Amblesea: a 5 minute walk to Main Beach and town.

A spacious and well appointed self contained unit on “the hill” in Yamba, with beautiful ocean views towards Pippi Beach and Angourie Point. Perfect for couples or singles looking for a coastal get away in a quiet neighbourhood. Suitable for children under TWO, with 2 off-street free car spaces in front. Guests love the convenience of an easy walk to Yamba Main Beach, the iconic Pacific Hotel, Yamba shops, cafes and restaurants along with scenic headland walks and a choice of four beaches.

Crane Cottage - a cute and private studio

The studio is located at the rear of the main house and faces away from it so is quiet and private. There is rear lane entry and covered parking for your vehicle. Amenities include: wifi; a kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker; separate bathroom; tv and dvd player; air conditioning; and a ‘5 star’ king size bed (super comfy!). Basics such as teabags, coffee, milk, and sugar are provided. There is a SPAR supermarket, bottle shop, post office and laundromat 200 metres away.

The Rainforest Guesthouse is a situated in the beautiful sub-tropical rainforest area of the Far North Coast. You are surrounded by gorgeous gardens and 100 metres from our beautiful swimming hole and rainforest. You may spot a koala, platypus or wallaby and you will definitely see many beautiful birds. Sorry no dogs as we have a dog that loves people but not other dogs. 15 minutes to Minyon Falls and the Nightcap National park. 30 minutes to iconic Nimbin. 35 minutes to Byron Bay.

Cubbyhouse is the closest accommodation to Frazers Reef beach, just on the outskirts of Iluka bordering a lush nature reserve. Wake up to bird songs in the garden right outside your door. Sit in the garden & dine under the festoons. Wander the beach & national parks then cosy up to the indoor fire place or garden fire pit in the evening. There's a grocery store in town & a great op shop. The ferry can take you across the river to Yamba. Poochs welcome for an extra fee.

Studio style living, Rural area close to Grafton

The flat is a separate dwelling from the main house on a small Farmlet 7-10 minutes from the centre of Grafton. Features include a washing machine, smart Tv, fully equipped kitchen, free unlimited wi-fi, pillow top mattress’s and quality sheets. Lots of space to park boats, trucks or tool trailers. It is very unlikely anything will be stolen or vandalised where we are. Inside, the flat is an open plan layout with the two sleeping spaces being separated by a wall.

The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. Blue Back

Lovingly restored and completely private with its own walled courtyard, the granny flat is a lovely fresh and light filled space located just 200m from the magnificent Clarence river and a short walk/ride into the centre of town. The street is very quiet with plenty of parking and the flat is nestled in a large backyard surrounded by snippets of rural lifestyle including lush gardens, friendly chickens and hardworking bees.

A Little Piece of Paradise

Accommodation consists of an en-suite and generous bedroom with queen bed, ample packing space and private lounge with TV and kitchenette, a sparkling pool and undercover BBQ area, with plenty of safe off-street parking available. Unfortunately our flat is not set up for children nor is our property available for pets. This is all in a very tranquil setting (only 6 km from the highway), with lots of bird and animal life.

Tools Down Iluka!

Put your tools down and your feet up! Tools Down Iluka is a one bedroom studio for you to relax and come and enjoy the beauty and peace of Iluka. Located in a quiet court, walking distance to supermarket, shops and Club Iluka (bowling club). Its just a 5 minute walk to the beautiful bay and playground. Quiet secluded beaches are just a 5 minute drive away, where sometimes you can be the only one on the beach!
