There's a dining table with room for 6. The lounge sofa has plenty of room to relax with a TV and fire. The site has a river to swim or fish in, a pub & a café.

Mallard is a traditional underdwelling with wonderful original features including beams and barrelled ceilings. It is tucked away high above the river, reached directly by a path and has a lovely view from its own garden to the sheltered woodland beyond. The private hot-tub is available for an additional cost. Exclusive use of the owners off-site private spa - indoor heated swimming pool, spa bath, sauna & outside Swimspa is also available for an additional charge, subject to availability.

Uppergate Farmhouse Apartment

The one-bedroom apartment is located in a self-contained wing of a listed farmhouse. Oak beams, flag floors, with every modern convenience. The en-suite bedroom can sleep up to 2 (plus a cot) and 1 pet; the apartment has a fully equipped, fitted, modern kitchen/dining/living area and a patio with car parking space. A swimming pool with sauna is available to book at extra charge. We can not guarantee availability of pool slots less than 2 weeks before the booking.

Teal cottage is all on the ground floor with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private hot tub* and exclusive use of the owners private pool* available. There is ample private parking. Tucked away up a long private drive, this isolated cottage has stunning views from every room and from the patios and hot-tub. Grove Farm Cottage

A lovely 3 bedroom farmhouse that sleeps up to 5 in a double, twin and single bedroom. An enclosed garden, pet friendly (one dog), use of the farm's heated indoor pool (a 70 minute private swim/ sauna is guaranteed each day of the stay - these slots can be pre-booked). There is a playground and a playshed and animal feeding/ egg collecting takes place at 8.30am every day on farm. Children are very welcome to join in.
