Best for a single, a couple or couples with a kid! Pets are also invited happily! The apartment is located in an authentic quiet building. It is modern designed, themed to its name, Autumn, and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa and a working table, kitchen with a dining table and bathroom. We took special care of all the little details, to make it the best stay for you! It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! The apartment is just off of Gran Vía, the most central street in Madrid, in a colorful neighborhood called Chueca. The area is famous for being a fun, bohemian area. In the street there are authentic cafes, tapas, restaurants, and a supermarket. The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Plaza de Pedro Zerolo, Madrid, just a 2 minute walk from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station minutes away. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Open tall wooden shutters and let morning light stream into a room with exposed timber framing and whitewashed brick walls reaching to high ceilings. Have breakfast in a cheerful open space at a sunny table in front of an elegant fireplace. I have several apartments in Madrid, but this is the latest one I have decorated, paying close attention to detail. I have truly tried to make it as comfortable as possible for my guests. It has lots of light and it's beautiful. If one were to read my reviews they would notice that I care a lot for my guests, I am always readily available, and I try my best to make them feel at home when they are in Madrid. You will have the whole apartment. We will be there in person to meet you, and give you the keys. After you book, I give you my number and you can text or call if needed. The apartment is in Chueca, one of the nicest and trendiest neighborhoods in Madrid. Walk to the main street, Gran Via. It's near the Prado, Puerta del Sol and Parque del Retiro. It's surrounded by wonderful places to have tapas and a glass of wine. We are about a block away from the Gran Via, you can walk everywhere, but we also have metro stations and buss stops nearby. If you are coming with a car, there is a Public Parking Garage about 2 minutes walking from the apartment.

You don’t hear a noise despite being at one of the trendiest area, full of restaurants shops and fashionable bars. At the best location to visit the whole Madrid by foot.You will love it.Trust me.

Luminoso y acogedor loft en el corazón de Malasaña, uno de los barrios más vibrantes y creativos de Madrid. Con 40 m², techos altos y vigas de madera vistas, ofrece un ambiente cálido y con personalidad. Cuenta con cocina equipada, zona de estar con sofá, cama muy cómoda y baño tipo wet room, un espacio integrado con ducha, lavabo e inodoro. Fue mi estudio fotográfico, hoy reconvertido en un lugar único, ideal para escapadas en pareja.

Apartamento reformado , muy cerca de la Gran Via . En la Calle Fuencarral , una de las más animadas de la ciudad , llena de tiendas y restaurantes . Situada en pleno corazón de Madrid, no es necesario utilizar el coche o el transporte público ya que la ubicación es perfecta para desplazarse a pie a los principales museos, lugares de interés cultural, atracciones turísticas, etc.
