Prefer short term stays of 28 days or less, but open to discussing a longer stay. The carriage house is private so that you feel separate from the main house. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the side of Eagle Ridge Mountain. You will be six kilometers from downtown Grand Forks, a short drive with lots of shopping. You can easily access to the Trans Canada Trail around the corner from the carriage house where you can hike, bike, ATV, cross-country ski; an outdoor enthusiast's dream!

You will have your own dock with use of boats and fishing rods. We have hiking trails around the property with a small mountain top (what a view!!). It is a boating and hiking paradise! Our sweet little cabin was built with much love. It’s clean, cozy and has everything you need for few days of refuge from life’s busy buzz. Close to the river, golf, ski hill, hiking, KVR bike trail and many more adventures. Has fridge, bbq, one burner propane plate and induction toaster oven. Bathroom and queen bed in loft. All bedding and linens are available. Kids welcome as there is futon couch that folds into bed. Fire pit for when fires are allowed.

Enjoy the extensive trail system at our doorstep or take a 10 minute walk to downtown Rossland. Red Mountain is a 10 minute drive. NO CLEANING FEE PETS ARE NEGOTIABLE We welcome pets most times.
