Tonella Farms offers a very private setting and guest suite at a newly established farm. Located 20 miles from Marquette and 30 miles from Munising and Pictured Rocks. Surrounded by forest that is open to recreational activities right out the door (hiking, biking, bird watching, x-country skiing). Only minutes away from Laughing Whitefish Falls and Eben Ice Caves. Snowmobile trail #8 is an easy 1.5 miles south along Dukes Rd, 6 miles on trail to gas in Rumely, plenty of space for trailers.

Downtown Studio Apartment

The Studio is Third Coast Vacation's quaint stay nestled in downtown Marquette. 1 bedroom, 1 bath, modern/cozy studio style space (300 square feet). Located across from the Marquette Food Co-op with the bike path right behind the building! This is a prime central location to all of Marquette's best attractions - mountain biking, businesses, and night life. Lake Superior is just a handful of blocks down the road too! ***Not a space for light sleepers, but ear plugs are provided!

The River House

The River House is a two bedroom cottage on the Chocolay River in Marquette, Michigan. It is adjacent to a bike path and walkway that runs through Marquette County, along the shore of Lake Superior. This cozy cottage has a deck and sun room with a view of the river, and is close to beaches, marinas, and the beautiful city of Marquette. The River House is a comfortable, peaceful retreat. Out of respect for our neighbors, we cannot accommodate snow mobiles on the property.

Cozy Log Cabin In The Woods

This is a small log cabin located approximately 10 miles from downtown Marquette in a quiet neighborhood. Its nestled in the woods where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the forest but is still in close proximity to hiking, biking, cross country ski trails, and Marquette Mountain for downhill skiing and all Marquette has to offer. It is approximately 3 miles from the snowmobile trail and can be accessed using Green Garden Road. A very easy ride to the trail.

Point of the Point - Lake Superior Waterfront

Built in 1974, this rustic and architecturally unique cabin is an all wood modified A-Frame nestled in the woods of the Upper Peninsula. Floor to ceiling windows and a lofted second floor allow natural light and gorgeous views of Lake Superior. Enjoy our sandstone swimming hole in the summer, or the cast iron wood stove in the winter. Located 20 minutes from Marquette and 30 minutes from Munising, our home offers a quiet place to relax and feel close to nature.

Charming and Stylish Tiny Home!

Come relax in a cute and cozy tiny home! Detached from the main apartment building, the tiny house is perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful and quiet getaway. Completely renovated in 2018 with new flooring, kitchen, paint, and furniture. Located 10 miles from downtown Marquette, less than 1 mile from the Ojibwa Casino, and less than 1 mile from Lake Superior. Plenty of parking is available to accommodate larger vehicles or snowmobile/ATV/boat trailers.
