Welcome to our newly constructed one-bedroom apartment in Burlington, located off of Shelburne Road in the hill section. We are a short drive/walk from Church Street, the waterfront, UVM Campus, and Champlain College. We have multiple grocery stores within a half mile radius and I-89 is easily accessible. Our apartment has ample privacy and your own quiet outdoor space, enclosed by cedars. The space includes cathedral ceilings and is a great setting to enjoy a relaxing vacation or business trip.

Selkie’s Shed

This guest house has been built and designed by my husband and I. It sits behind our house with private walking/biking trails right out your door. The design is modern with natural warm colors and tucked away in the trees. The loudest noise you will hear are the owls hooting and a faint distant train whistle two times a day. Our mission is to create an atmosphere of tranquility, calmness and peace. We offer mother nature outside your door with easy access to all the activities you desire.

Rockhaven - Island View

Rockhaven, a romantic getaway is a rare find. Step back in time and enjoy almost 600' of lake shore on Vermont's unique Lake Champlain with 180 degree views, from westerly views to New York's Adirondacks, through the north and east to Vermont's Green Mountains. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bath.

Settle in and relax, hike right out the door, or sip a drink on the deck overlooking a beaver pond where you may see beaver, otters, deer, birds or even a moose! Surrounded by gardens and not far from downhill skiing and hiking options, swimming, sailing, dining and Lake Champlain.

This one-bedroom private suite offers the full Vermont experience on 12 scenic acres with sweeping Green Mountain views. Enjoy bonfires under the stars, sunrise coffee, and easy access to Shelburne (5 min), Burlington (20 min), Stowe Sugarbush & Bolton Valley Ski Areas (40-60min). Cross-country ski or snowshoe right on the property, and explore nearby hiking, biking, breweries, vineyards & historical sites. Nearby Farm-to-Table restaurants are terrific. High-speed internet and smart TV.

The Spring Hill House

Escape to a haven of natural beauty and tranquility at The Spring Hill House. Our unique bow roof home offers breathtaking views of Camel’s Hump and the majestic Green Mountains, the perfect setting for a rejuvenating getaway. Despite being removed from the hustle and bustle of city life, The Spring Hill House is still centrally located, providing easy access to some of Vermont's most popular destinations. Please note: We have a firm no kids policy due to the open loft and stairs.

The Book Barn: Newly Renovated Guesthouse

Enjoy all Vermont has to offer in this bright, airy space minutes away from Burlington and the mountains. On 14 acres with a brook, it’s a short walk down a dirt road to a historic covered bridge and town common. Fall colors are breathtaking when taken in from the barn deck, while Spring and Summer visitors enjoy free concerts on the town green on Sundays. Spectacular sunsets and hot air balloons are familiar sights. It doesn’t get much more Vermonty. *Note: No Cleaning Fee!

Cozy Cabin -Top of Hill with Views

Experience the ultimate Vermont retreat in our newly renovated second-story guest space nestled in a charming barn, offering breathtaking easterly views of the Green Mountain range, including the majestic Camels Hump and Bolton peaks. This hilltop cabin is cocooned by lush trees and verdant pastures, providing an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Kayak, swim or paddleboard on nearby Lake Iroquois 2 miles away or Lake Champlain 9 miles away.

Guest Suite w/hot tub & fireplace

Our property in Vermont is a slice of heaven: Set between Burlington & Stowe, 10 minutes off the main highway I-89, with quick access to the main spots in Vermont, but tucked down a dirt road with nothing but the sounds of the stream. On our property we built The Tuckaway Suite, an entirely private guest suite above our garage. With access to a hot tub, and hiking trails right outside the door, this space is a brand new build with cozy cabin vibes.

Forest Hideaway

Our single story 2 bedroom 1 bath home is located within 30 minutes of Mad River Glen and Sugarbush ski areas and the quaint towns of Bristol, Richmond and Waitsfield. Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.

Waldhaus - Modern Forest Cabin

Escape to our beautifully designed Vermont cabin, transformed into a modern, cozy, and sun-filled retreat. From the moment you step inside, you'll feel at home in this inviting space. The entire cabin & yard will be yours during your stay. High-speed fiber WiFi keeps you connected and dogs are welcome. We're just 15-20 min from Mad River Glen, Mt. Ellen & Sugarbush. Many restaurants & stores are within 15 min to Waitsfield, 20 min to Waterbury.

Hideaway studio: breweries, skiing, dogs welcome
