Unwind by soaking in the breath-taking patio views of Chimney Rock, Bald Mountain, Hickory Nut Gorge, and Lake Lure itself. The elegant interior includes a welcoming fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen, and smart TVs's in every bedroom. The exterior offers ample, easily accessible parking and the covered patio and brand-new deck are perfect for enjoying a nice dinner overlooking the beautiful mountain view. Wildlife can also be seen grazing in and around the 7+ acre property quite often. This home is located on a private hilltop that makes you feel like you are miles away from civilization. In reality you are conveniently located within minutes to restaurants, grocery stores and activities. The views from the patio are one of a kind!! You have a great view of the lake as well as a beautiful view of the Hickory Nut Gorge, Chimney Rock and Bald Mountain. The only part of the home that you will not have access to is the basement. It may feel like its miles from civilization because of the privacy that the 7+ acre property provides, but the reality is that restaurants, grocery stores, and plentiful activities are only minutes away. Dine on the lake at one of the local restaurants or hike Chimney Rock and Hickory Nut Gorge to spot settings used in 1992's The Last of the Mohicans. There is no dining table! However, there are 4 bar stools at the bar and 4 table trays. The table trays can be used to eat on while sitting on the couches surrounding the T.V. and fireplace. There is one booster seat/high chair in the home that can be secured onto one of the bar stools for small children.

Let stress melt away while sipping coffee on a porch and listening to birdsong from the surrounding woods. It's tranquil inside, too, with carefully selected furnishings inspired by minimalism, walnut floors, and locally crafted kitchen countertops. The house is located about a two min drive from downtown Black Mountain and about 18 min from downtown Asheville and the Biltmore. We have a chiminea and adirondak chairs in the back yard for our guests use. Build a fire and roast some marshmallows with the family! Up to two dogs are welcome with a one time $75 pet fee. Our rental includes everything our guests need for a short or long stay. Fully equipped kitchen for those who want to cook. Laundry and dryer included. We are available for questions and do our utmost to respond to your inquiries as quickly as we can. A relaxing and pleasant experience is our priority. The bungalow is only a few minutes' walk from Tomahawk Lake, beautiful walking trails, and nearby waterfalls. Visit breweries and restaurants in local Black Mountain and explore fine dining and nightlife in Asheville—a 20-minute drive away. Less than a five minute drive from downtown Black Mountain and approximately 20 minutes to downtown Asheville. Uber is available to get you to either location if needed.

1B/1BA cozy cabin with large deck space, fenced in yard, and incredible mountain views from all rooms, deck, and hot tub. Watch the sun go down while sitting in the hot tub or while grilling on the upper deck. Then retreat down to the fenced in yard and make smores while sitting around the fire pit. While Hurricane Helene shifted the landscape of our sweet village, we are seeing significant progress each day in the town's rebuild. The cabin has no damage. 5 minutes from Lake Lure restaurants

We're out in the country but just over a 15-minute drive from downtown Asheville, Biltmore, Hendersonville, Asheville Airport, and dozens of breweries.

Five minutes to Rutherford Hospital, easy access to TIEC, the nearby blueridge mountains, historic Asheville and Hendersonville or if you are looking for something different you could easily visit Charlotte or Greenville SC.
