It has easy access to numerous good pubs, walking and cycling in the beautiful countryside. The river Wey is a 5-minute walk from a footpath directly from our house. We have recently added a 2-person hot tub to the listing and air conditioning 😊

This stone cottage really is a retreat! In summer there is a lovely outside decked area with an undercover eating area looking out onto the gardens. In winter, snuggle up on the sofa's in front of the log burner. This is an upside down house to make the most of the wonderful forest, countryside views.
