Perfect, pet friendly, peaceful place - ‘Little Lands’ is a spacious quiet & cosy self-contained Annexe [kitchen, living room, bedroom & ensuite bathroom] with own entrance, deck area & seating, dining, access to the garden. Long / short stays welcome. Situated within 14 acres of Surrey Hills woodland & wildlife; the house has stables, paddocks, woodland & pond. On the West Sussex Border Path it's easy to relax and enjoy walking, riding & cycling on the doorstep of ‘South Downs National Park’.

The Barn

Surrounded by open countryside and a superb walking distance away from the Devils Punch Bowl our converted barn is the perfect place to come and relax. It comfortably sleeps 5 and is self contained with its own kitchen and laundry facilities. We have Ultrafast fibre (up to 500mbps) should you need it for work or just to stream a film. The barn sits within our grounds and is private however should you need anything I am always around. We are within an hours drive from both London and Goodwood.

Country Modern House - 5 bedrooms

Welcome to Belton Acre, a large stylish house with ample parking is nestled between the Surrey Hills and South Downs. The beautiful countryside offers fantastic walking, cycling (road and mountain trails), kayaking and fishing. The house is perfect for families, weddings, business trips and wellness retreats. There are four double bedrooms and a twin room. The house has been designed to be highly accessible for wheel chair users with a ground floor bedroom with ensuite adapted wet room.

Our beautiful rustic one bedroom barn is attached to the end of our family home. Situated in the popular Surrey Hills an area of outstanding beauty surrounded by many local award winning pubs and immediate access to numerous picturesque country walks right outside the barn doors. The property comes with a wood burner making Autumn and winter particularly lovely with board games available. Guests are also welcome to use the house facilities which include a heated swimming pool and tennis court.

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Our hideaway offers the perfect getaway. Soak up the peace and quiet, take in the amazing view and relax surrounded by ancient woodland, only 50 miles from London. Dragonfly Lodge Ifold a self-catering apartment tucked away in beautifully quiet West Sussex countryside. This spacious self-contained ground floor flat, previously a large double garage, is a naturally light, modern space nestled in front of stunning woodland in our 7 acre garden and Alpaca field. With a river, canal, rolling fields, woods and a meca of footpaths on your doorstep, this is the perfect launchpad to explore the countryside by foot, bike or horse. It's dog walkers heaven.

Newbridge Cottage

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. We are less than a minutes walk to the Downs Link which is popular with walkers and cyclists and a short distance to the Surrey Hills and the Cranleigh High Street. There is a One Stop convenience store and a kids playground within a short walking distance. Our little house has been newly renovated with an open plan kitchen/living area, a shared outdoor garden and free onsite parking for up to 3 cars.

Country Retreat, The Old Cowshed - Sussex

Rural retreat near the South Downs – escape to The Old Cowshed, a cosy, private hideaway just over an hour from London. Tucked away at the end of a long farm drive, on the edge of the South Downs National Park, it offers a true “get away from it all” experience. Surrounded by nature and wildlife, with miles of walking trails on your doorstep, it’s ideal for couples (and a young child) looking to unwind. There’s scope to do as little or as much as you like!

One Bed Country Hideaway in AONB

Because of the Coronavirus outbreak, in addition to our normal high standard of CLEANING, we DISINFECT the Annex after every stay. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests use. Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.

14th Century Dairy

Nestled in the Surrey Hills, The Dairy is a self contained, self catering, 2 bedroom (with optional extra 3rd bedroom at additional charge) attached cottage. Set in the 14th century Manor grounds, The Dairy is cosy and retains the character of its past with exposed wood beams and stone walls. Enjoy the sounds of sheep grazing in the field, lunch at one of three local pubs and a plethora of fabulous country walks and biking trails on your doorstep.

My place is in the middle of the picturesque village of Kirdford ,close to Petworth. You’ll love my place because of the location.We have a wonderful village shop,serving breakfast ,teas ,lunches and amazing ice creams . There are 2 excellent pubs in the village within walking distance . My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids).
