With a pool to cool off after a bike or horse ride, you are sure to get refreshed in time for a bbq or to relax on the deck. Horses, dogs, kids welcome. Huge equestrian park less than 5 miles away. Major parks with miles of trails you can mountain bike and ride you horse all in one day. Local wineries, restaurants, the best dive bar, food truck, and easy access to Chico.

Step up into the kitchen with full fridge/stove/microwave/dining table. Bathroom w deep tub/shower, washer/dryer. From living room, step down to enter bedroom with queen bed and vaulted ceilings. Additional fees 10% TOT tax and a new 2.5% tourism fee (BCTBID assessment) will be collected as of September 1st.

This cozy and unique space is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. We are 1/4 mile walking distance to lower Bidwell park, and an 8 minute bike ride to downtown. We have a pool available for use upon request when booking, cute patio, FULL kitchen, and more! We live on site in the front house and are available for any need, but will stay out of your way unless otherwise requested. You have a private entrance to the back, and a private parking spot off the street.

This is an adorable private carriage house, alongside an iconic and historic Chico home built in 1938 for the late Senator Johnson. The property is over an acre and faces the beautiful Bidwell Park. The property sits in an ideal location for a Chico experience, with direct front access to Bidwell Park trails for walking, running, biking, hiking, swimming, site seeing, golf and lovely downtown shopping, dining and nightlife. The pool is typically open mid May through September.
