As fellow travelers, we focused on the amenities that we can’t do without like a full kitchen and bath🛁. Cozy bedroom with powerful heat and A/C too! Located within a short walk of Chico's One-Mile park and swimming hole, and just one mile from downtown and the university. Very fast WiFi. Private back patio with a small gas grill. Excellent air conditioning and heating, fully appointed kitchen. Full bathroom with bathtub. It comfortably fits two people but can accommodate one more with a portable twin bed or a queen-sized air mattress, provided upon request

You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.
