The kayaks, picnic area, & fire pit are yours to enjoy.

Our quiet mountain setting is just off State Highway 30 and only 15 minutes from either downtown Dayton and Chickamauga Lake or Pikeville--gateway to Highway 127 and Fall Creek Falls State Park. Our MOUNTAIN accommodation in the heart of historic Morgan Springs and along the Trail of Tears. This guesthouse is completely furnished and is completely private. There are outdoor outlets. Watermore Cottage

Watermore Cottage is the perfect spot to relax and unwind! Located in a rural area between Dayton & Pikeville and within an hour’s drive of Chattanooga & Crossville. From here you can explore Southeast Tennessee or you can sit on the front porch in the morning with your cup of Joe and look out over the lake and watch the sunrise. In the afternoon, relax on the back porch and let nature lull you into a peaceful, relaxed state of mind. Pet fee $30 max 2 dogs.

We offer a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living a room with a roku tv, and place to share a meal. This home shares property with our personal home.

Enjoy the country front porch as you watch the sunset and the playful antics of my goats and their guardian dog, a Great Pyrenees named Sampson, who happily lives with his 8 friends….Mable, Callie, Mama, Fluffy, Billy, Blanche, Rose, & Dorothy.
