A beautiful 550 square foot self built house in the woods. Many of the materials used in this house were either reused from old local houses or milled on the property itself, giving it a lot of character, while remaining modern. Quiet, private and surrounded by trees. 5 minutes from downtown Nevada City. Near a variety of outdoor activities. Down a private driveway with lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Equipped with a full kitchen, BBQ, big bathtub, art, extra bedding, TV, library and washer.

This private open concept Room is 24'X32' and only 1 mile from Rollins lake. There is hiking, biking, whitewater river sports and snow skiing all within a short drive. This is a private guest house which is adjacent to the owners home. It is nestled next to beautiful 100 ft cedar, dogwood & pine trees on 2 wooded acres. This 400 sq ft guest house has a full kitchen, living room with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk-in shower, one bedroom with a queen size bed. Bedroom has its own entrance to the large deck. There is a loft that can accommodate additional guests. Located just 3 1/2 miles from downtown Grass Valley and 5 miles from Nevada City, CA.

Relax and enjoy 5 acres of expansive views of the mountains and treetops! The house is surrounded by pine and oak trees with lots of privacy. Perfect family or couples getaway but still close to town. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfy! The kitchen is fully equipped. We are about 15 minutes away from downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City. Yuba River, mountain biking, and hiking are about 20 minutes away from the house. Skiing is about 50 miles away.

Enjoy our cozy cabin in the Sierra Nevada mountains. Stay inside and enjoy watching football or enjoy some of the many outdoor activities that are plentiful in our area. We are close to the slopes, rivers, mountain bike trails, Dirtbike trails, beautiful mountain roads and towns as well as many lakes. Fell free to contact us for suggestions!
