Enjoy this newly renovated home on Lake St Clair with a view and access to the bay outside of Metro Park. Plenty of room to park trucks and trailers on the property. Canal and 80 feet of Seawall behind the home with unobstructed access to Lake St Clair. Home has about 1200 sq feet of private living space, host comes and goes often and sometimes stays in the private unit upstairs (has separate entrance).
