This is a newly refurbished space, with a large window and blind which makes it very light and bright but with privacy. There is a double bed with storage drawers under, a walk in storage area with hanging rail, wall mounted TV and wall mounted drop down table and foldaway chairs which make a useful eating/ work space. Car strongly recommended. The annexe is attached to our family home, but has its own entrance.

Self contained annexe in my private garden with ensuite bathroom. Own entrance via side gate. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee and also microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery/glasses. Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.

Sleepers - cosy retreat to relax or for adventure.

Based in Marsden, Sleepers, is our one bedroom self catering guest suite for two adult guests. Within the Colne Valley, overlooking the Huddersfield Narrow Canal, it is a perfect location for a relaxing break, with local pubs, shops and cafes a gentle stroll along the towpath. A perfect base for longer walks, cycling and even a wild swimming reservoir within view of the front door.

The Studio, Betley

This large living/bedroom space has its own private access for the guest's sole use. Situated in the quiet village of Betley it is walking distance to the village shop and three pubs (two serve food). Lots of places for country walks and has easy access to the M6/A500, Keele University and Crewe mainline rail station.
