Country Living in a Forest Setting

Come stay in your own cozy, rustic mini apartment, a little over 25 minutes from the Portland suburbs, and about 45 minutes from downtown Portland. Our home sits on two wooded acres. You'll have a private deck, private bathroom, private entrance, and private living space. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a futon/sofa in the living area that makes a twin-size bed. Check-in time is after 4 pm. Early check-in is possible, just contact us. No Smokers! One pet on approval, up to 45lbs.

Quail Hollow, private studio

This studio has a kitchenette, sink, fridge, toaster oven, microwave, toaster, coffee and hot water maker. There is a queen bed, leather chair, dining table and chairs, a few books and some games. The bathroom has a clawfoot tub, walk in shower, and vanity sink The windows face farm/woodland views and there is a 1/2 mile woodland trail out the back door. This studio is clean with awesome artesian well water. You can park 10 feet from the door and pets are welcome, I have a $15/day pet fee.

Welcome to your private one-bedroom apartment in Welches, Oregon! Just 18 minutes from Skibowl and 30 minutes from Timberline and Mt. Hood Meadows, this cozy retreat is perfect for two guests (or three with a child under 12). Located on the first floor of our home, the apartment has high-speed internet and a comfy space to unwind after adventure. Since we live upstairs, you may occasionally hear footsteps. A tiny kitchenette supplied with coffee, organic half and half, an assortment of tea, bottled water, and a few snacks. Wifi and YouTubeTV provided. Grocery stores, restaurants, movie theater, gym, and hiking trails just to name a few amenities all within 1 to 3 miles of our home.

The Woodlands Hideout

The Woodlands Hideout is a small intentional semi-offgrid retreat space, featured on Dwell. It was designed and built by Further Society and created to allow guests to immerse in the beauty of the natural world, but still offer some cozy and more essential comforts. Although the footprint of the space is small, we designed the experience to be outward focussed, so it feels very expansive with the towering pine trees in view.

150 ft. walk down a steep driveway takes you to a unique private little studio with everything an adventurous spirit needs. You must be in physically good shape to handle this location. We have friendly dogs you may see outside. 30 min. to SE Portland, 45 to PDX, One hour to Mt. Hood, 40 min to waterfalls in the Columbia Gorge. Pool open June 15 through September 5th. Can accommodate a 3pm check-in all days except Tuesdays.
