A 1 level house at the end of the street in a peaceful neighborhood-only 8 minutes from ETSU, the VA, or Johnson City Medical Center. This house is on several acres, so... parking for trailers/multiple vehicles. The owners still live here part time, so you know it's well taken care of. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a large sectional couch with 2 recliners. For a TV it has a 100" projector in the living room. A double carport keeps your car out of the weather. A full walkout basement with lots of lighting! In the bedroom it can get dark enough for you to sleep in or you can let the sun shine through the blinds. There's one bedroom, one bathroom with a Jacuzzi (not an outside hot tub), a mini kitchen (no stove) big living room with big screen TV! Private entrance. Cozy and comfortable! You can retreat and feel renewed! Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

This is a stand-alone tiny house that shares a driveway with my home. The cottage has a full bath with laundry, kitchen, a queen bed in the main bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. Ample off street parking for bigger vehicles or those pulling a trailer.
