Hummingbird House is a beautiful/quaint 2 br home. Accommodations include, parking, WiFi & kitchen. Each Bedroom has a separate entrance (via the outside stairs) both with a Queen Bed, bathroom, air conditioning, mini-refrigerator/microwave, bed linens and towels. A unique feature is the private rooftop deck that is great for sunning & star gazing. Guests can enjoy snorkeling nearby, take a swim at Chepas Beach or enjoy a 5 minute Tuk Tuk ride into town. Ferry pick up is available upon request.

Our place is a 500 square feet individual bungalow, on an acre property, located at a very short walk from Chepes beach (Utila's public beach), dive shops, restaurants and bars. However, It is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Utila's town. It includes fast WiFi, AC, hot shower, fridge, tea coffee maker, electricity bill. We are English, Spanish, French and Danish spoken. Our place is good for couples, and solo adventurers. Coco Cabaña #2 and #3 are also available for booking.

This 4 bedroom, oceanfront beach house is part of the Paradise Regained properties and has amazing 180 degree views of the Caribbean ocean. You have direct access to the Caribbean ocean and Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling, and a fresh, saltwater swimming pool. Our beach gazebo with hammocks and Adirondack rocking chairs is the perfect place to watch for dolphins, have your morning coffee, and read a book. Sleeps 8, (additional cost per person beyond four guests).

The apartment is in the MANURII Garden on the ground floor. A lush garden is around the apartment. Our cozy fire pit is just one step away. Our garden is full with fruits and flowers. We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.

The Little Grass Shack

We are delighted to once again offer our unique cottage to travellers. Recently renovated (June 2023) with a new thatched roof, fresh paint, and love. The Grass Shack is a relaxing space with high ceilings, a queen sized bed, private bathroom, a comfortable sofa, work space, and an old rocking chair to chill in with a book. It has a private patio, and guests are welcome to use our little pool to cool down.
