Studio 77 Cheltenham

You will be very welcome to stay in our brand new and beautifully renovated compact and bijou tiny home which is in an easy walk of Cheltenham Town Centre and the Racecourse. We have created a gorgeous space to the rear of our family home that is completely self contained with its own entrance. Studio 77 comprises of a king size bed, kitchenette area, small seating arrangement and a good sized shower room. There is a small private patio area for guests to enjoy on a sunny evening.

We love to welcome guests to our home and offer a large self-contained Lower Ground Floor 1 bed apartment, with its own front door, allowing guests to come and go as they please. The property has a kitchen dinner, with microwave for convenience. A large sitting room with 42” TV. There is also a log burner which guests are welcome to use. The bedroom has a new Hypnos mattress. This property is tucked in the grounds of the main house and offers secure gated parking. The Garden retreat

The Garden room has its own front and back door, and access to a lovely south facing garden. It has a kitchenette and en suite. It has a very comfortable king-size bed. We are 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre and have views onto Cleeve Hill the highest point of the Cotwolds. There are good local pubs, a national award winning fish and chip shop and a supermarket all nearby. Perfectly situated for all Cheltenham festivals.

Nestled in the beautiful cotswold hills and minutes from Cheltenham town centre, this stunningly located Prestbury Village Annexe is 5 minutes walk to The Cheltenham Racecourse and 3 doors down from The Plough pub.
