The StoneHouse is a 2020 renovated 1908 classic. Plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy all seasons of the year. Beautiful, like new, comfortable family home within a short walk to downtown or to the Lake. Safeway grocery store, library, Mexican restaurant are within 1/2 a block. Downtown shopping, Starbucks, movie theater and city park are just a short walk. You have access to your own private backyard with a patio and bbq to grill up a delicious meal or use the fully equipped kitchen. Happy Place is state of mind on the edge of Lake Chelan. Private and isolated. It is a studio set up with a king size bed, sitting area, and table. The large deck wraps around for complete views up and down the lake. Watch the Lady of the Lake go by on it's 55 mile daily trip to Stehekin. Across the lake is the wooded and mountainous view of Slide Ridge. Happy Place is towards the end of the road on the north shore of Manson. Wilderness area extends the rest of the up lake.

A grassy yard extends to the lakefront patio, right up to the lakeshore with steps that lead into the lake. The Carriage house is above the garage. It has a wraparound sun porch and dining patio w/bbq area. Inside, you'll enjoy sun-filled rooms and lake and vineyard views from every space.

This charming and cozy 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom cabin for 4 with spa in treehouse/gazebo is a tranquil getaway in the woods, close to Leavenworth (30 min), lakes (10 min) and rivers. Hike/Bike or snowmobile from the cabin to connect up to the miles of trails in nearby National Forest. Relax in the hot tub in the tree house gazebo. Stream movies on the TV, or use the Wii U.
